1. Order Cancellation Policy
Before Shipping: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped.

A full refund will be processed for cancelled orders
After Shipping:
Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, you can initiate a return or exchange after receiving the product.

Eligibility for Refunds:
(i) Refunds are available for: Defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
Items that are unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact within 7 days of delivery.
(ii) Non-Refundable Items: Personal care items, innerwear, or hygiene-sensitive products.
(iii) Clearance or final-sale items.
(a) Refund Process:
1. Submit a refund request via email at contact@indiakhareedo.com with your order ID and reason for the return.
2. Our team will review your request and approve eligible returns within 2–3 business days.
3. Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated.
(b) Refund Mode and Timeline: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.
3. Return and Exchange Policy
(i) Return Period: Returns can be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
(ii) Conditions for Returns and Exchanges: The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories or tags.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
(iii) Exchange Process: Exchanges are available for size, color, or variant changes (based on stock availability).
If an exchange isn’t possible, a refund will be issued.

4. Damaged or Defective Products
* If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Share photos or videos of the product as proof of damage/defect.
We’ll offer a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.
5. Non-Delivery of Orders
